Patients with decompensated Liver Disease has Life Expectancy of one to two years without transplant.The cause of death are usually ascites, spontaneous bacterial peritonitis,variceal hemorrhage, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), hepatorenal syndrome, or hepatopulmonary syndrome.
